Yes you do! Creating an account is really simple, just follow our simple steps and you're done!
Your account is needed to ensure a more convenient and smoother check out, including getting access to all our Member Exclusive Deals such as our Opening Promo!


> What are the shipping charges?

> Do you provide Free Shipping with minimum purchase?

Yes we do! 

Love, Kara provides FREE Shipping within Malaysia with minimum purchase of RM80 WM // RM100 EM , and FREE International Shipping for orders above USD 100 (approx RM420).

Note: Not applicable during promotions.


> Where can I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be provided in an email once your order is ready for shipment and started it's journey to you!

The tracking link will also be provided in the email for you to track them. Do allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code to reflect in the system after you have received your tracking number.


> How long does it take for my items to arrive?

We will take about 3-5 working days to pack, process and verify your payment before shipping out your parcel.

After your parcel is handed to our courier service:

For local shipping (within Malaysia): 2-5 working days

For international shipping (outside of Malaysia): 15-30 working days 

*The stated amount of working days is just an approximation and may be subject to your local public holidays and the accessibility of the delivery location.

> How do I make payment?

We accept ONLINE bank transfers as well as credit/debit card payments.

> Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?

No cancellations allowed after payments are made, however amendments can still be made if your parcel has not been sent out.

Immediately DM us on Instagram @lovekara.co / email us at hello@lovekara.co if there are any mistakes with your shipping addresses or your orders.


> Do you accept exchanges?

Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final and are not available for exchanges. 

In the rare event that you have received a faulty/wrong item, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel including pictures to hello@lovekara.co or contact us here and we will make any necessary arrangements.


> Can I wear my Love, Kara jewellery to exercise / shower?

Yes for our Sterling Silver 925 and Stainless Steel jewellery.

No for our Alloy jewellery as they may tarnish, so keep them clean and dry for maximum wear time!

> Do you have a physical store?

Currently we only operate online, however we do pop ups at bazaars so stay tuned on our Instagram @lovekara.co for all the updates!


> The item I would like to purchase is sold out, will you restock them?

Our products are limited in quantity and not all items will be restocked once they are sold out. So do get your favourite jewels before they are sold out! (;

Items will be restocked based on availability of raw materials from our manufacturers.
