Returns & Refunds

1. Strictly NO RETURNS/REFUNDS due to hygienic purposes.

2. All products are checked before they are shipped to ensure that your jewels are in perfect condition. However in the rare circumstances that your item has a manufacturing defect or you have received the wrong item, please contact us or email us within 36 hours upon receiving your item. Please provide photos and videos as proof to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange for an exchange or we will issue a refund in store credit for the item, return shipping is to be bourn by the customer.

3. Once your package has been received and processed, a refund will be made within 5-7 working days in the form of Store Credit.

4. No exchange/refund under following conditions:

Change of mind
Incomplete or incorrect address provided
Damage of items due to own negligence/wear and tear
